First up an Italian Job with a lovely chilli glow, courtesy of our friend and official photographer, Megan!
This is a stunning dish and another unique creation. Big thanks to Megan for sending this in. We love Italian food and spice hear at Calder's HQ so this simple midweek meal ticks all the boxes. Can be made veggie using meat free sausages too.
I x packet of your favourite vegetarian or meat sausages (chopped)
Medium sized piece of Broccoli, chopped into florets
Tbsp low fat cream cheese
100g grated cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic
2 desert spoons Calder’s Kitchen Chillililli
Tsp tomato puree
2 capfuls of malt vinegar
1 cup per person Tortellini pasta
Salt & pepper to taste
Boil broccoli in a pan whilst frying sausages in oil on a medium heat
Once cooked, add broccoli to frying pan along with the Chillililli, garlic, cream cheese, tomato purée, vinegar and salt/pepper.
Bring to boil and then simmer on a low heat for 10-15 minutes while pasta cooks.

Drain pasta and add to the sauce before serving
