A current favourite and easy to make, healthy meal to make at home.
4 smoked Basa fillets
1 large red onion
2 ripe tomatoes
1 large courgette
2 large cloves of garlic
1 dessert spoon of Sillylilli
salt, pepper and vinegar
Pan fry the onion, courgette and tomato until soft
Season with Sillylilli, garlic, salt, pepper and a splash of vinegar
Move vegetables to one side and fry the Basa fillets until cooked through, and then serve
Add extra Sillylilli to taste
