How to make the ultimate cheese on toast
Not only is cheese on toast the ultimate comfort food, the easiest lunchtime snack, or classic post pub supper, it also happens to be the perfect pairing for our pickles and spices!
Whatever your cheese preference from a classic Irish Cheddar, a good quality melty cheese such as Gruyère or Monterey Jack or something a bit stronger, the world's your oyster!
And then there's the topping - the piece de resistance - if you will. Worcestershire Sauce for the classic look, or maybe a chilli jam in the modern era perhaps?
