Chillililli is based on Grandad Charlie's traditional Piccalilli recipe with a subtle sweet chilli glow. Enjoy the fresh crunch of the vegetables, the perfect balance of sweetness and pickle, followed by an unmistakable hint of Scotch bonnet to round off the experience and leave your taste buds singing!

How to use it:

Create the best sandwich filler or taste bud-tingling cheese and ham toasties.

Pairs perfectly with cheeses, cold meats, Scotch eggs and pork pies.

Chillililli makes a great BBQ condiment, whether meat, veggies, halloumi or seafood is your preference.

It started in Grandad Charlie's kitchen

Calder's began in the 1950s, when Grandad Charlie started making pickles in his kitchen for family and neighbours, a milkman from South Shields with a serious knack for flavour.

We still follow the same spirit today: bold flavours, small batches and proper ingredients. Every jar is made in his memory, just as he made it.
