Silly Sprouts - An amazing new way to add great taste to your Christmas dinner!

Directions

1. slice the sprouts quite finely

2. on a medium heat melt butter in a large frying pan or wok

3. add the sliced sprouts to the butter and cook on a medium to low heat until soft (about 10 minutes) adding a little bit of salt and pepper

4. add 1 desert spoon of creme fraiche

5. add the same amount of Calder’s Kitchen Sillylilli

6. leave on the hob stirring occasionally

7. While the sprouts are simmering, fry your bacon lardons if using (vegetarian bacon works equally well)

8. Add cooked lardons to the sprouts & serve
