Based on Grandad Charlie's traditional Piccalilli recipe but with Indian flavour, Sillylilli has been described as Piccalilli with attitude! Think “Lime Pickle meets Mango Chutney”.

Enjoy with Indian food, create the ultimate cheese on toast, or mix with Greek yoghurt or mayo to create a homemade Coronation Chicken sauce.

Gluten Free, Vegan, Low in Fat, 0.5 Syns per tablespoon on Slimming World.

It started in Grandad Charlie's kitchen

Calder's began in the 1950s, when Grandad Charlie started making pickles in his kitchen for family and neighbours, a milkman from South Shields with a serious knack for flavour.

We still follow the same spirit today: bold flavours, small batches and proper ingredients. Every jar is made in his memory, just as he made it.
